You all know by now how much I love delicious cocktails.  This one is a special holiday treat that I wanted to share with you.  If you’re hosting a Christmas party this year, these are guaranteed to be a big hit.

Here’s what you need:

1.5 oz of Creme de Cacao
1 oz of Godiva White Chocolate Liqueur
1 oz of Green Creme de Menthe
1 oz of whipping cream
Crushed candy Canes (to rim the glasses)

Here’s what you do:

For the rim - place the crushed candy canes onto a small plate.  Rub a dash of liqueur (any one used in the drink is fine) around the rim of the martini glass, then dip the top of the glass into the crushed candy canes.

Then simply pour all of the liquids into a shaker filled with ice.  Shake it up and then pour into a chilled (and rimmed) martini glass.  You can garnish with a mini candy cane or do what I do – drop a few mint Hershey’s Kisses in the glass for a little more fun!

You’re welcome.
