Last weekend my family I spent an amazing long weekend up in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. We jam packed so much into the weekend, that when we saw a little ice cream shop on Saturday night, we decided to stop in for a treat. Part of the reason we stopped was because they had advertised that they had coconut soft-served, so how could we not stop in to try that? Seriously? The one bite I tried before I traded flavors with my four year old, who didn’t like what he picked out, was to die for. TO. DIE. FOR.
