These Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pinwheels are an easy after-school snack idea. They are really delicious and it's an easy recipe to whip up in a jiffy!

I’ve said a before and I will probably say this for many more years to come: my boys come off the bus starving. If I didn’t know any better, I would swear that they didn’t eat all day while they were at school. This is especially true when it comes to my oldest. If you’ve ever heard what they say about growing boys – it’s completely true.  That kid eats me out of house and home! Recently I whipped these Cheddar Bacon Ranch Pinwheels for the boys to eat after school and they both loved them.  So now they are in our regular rotation!

Yummy! We make this as a dip both hot or cold and serve with tortilla chips. I never thought of making pinwheels out of it. This will definitely have a spot at our next party.

I know what you mean about boys. My son is as thin as a rail but he can eat especially after school. Love the way you made those pinwheels, and I will try to make my own.

Those pinwheels would really make a delicious snack. My boys have voracious appetites too. I can make a lot of these and keep some of it in a covered container in the fridge. My husband raids the refrigerator every day for his late night snack. I know he’d love this too.

I have two boys who have the same appetite and if you don’t prepare something for them, I’m afraid they’ll eat everything in the pantry and the fridge. I think these pinwheels are the perfect after school snack.

This looks fun and easy to do especially when the kids are around! The presentation is unique; far from the typical sandwich we grew up eating.

The Pinwheels reminded me of a similar dish we make. It is made using the leaves of an edible plant that is cut into strips and coated with batter, after which it is deep fried.
