Spooky Owl Wreath Dollar Store DIY

If you love the haunting look of owls, you will love this easy DIY owl wreath! This spooky owl wreath can be crafted using just a few dollar store materials, and the end result is the perfect Halloween dΓ©cor piece to spruce up your space. Take a peek below at how you can craft up your own spooky owl wreath in just minutes and for just a couple of dollars.

Here is what you will need:
Halloween themed ribbon
Grapevine Wreath
Owl cut outs
Black twigs
Scissors
Craft or hot glue, glue gun

Dollar Store DIY Spooky Owl Wreath Supplies

As mentioned, everything we used here was found at our local Dollar Tree store. Check yours out to find these supplies which are perfect for this craft!

Directions:
1. Begin by wrapping the Halloween themed ribbon around the wreath. Begin by placing a dab of glue on the end of the ribbon and pressing it to the wreath. Start wrapping, and pull tightly as you wrap. Once you make it all around the wreath, secure the end with another drop of glue.
2. Take the owl cut out and add some glue to the back. Press the owl to the wreath so its feet are resting on the bottom of the grapevine wreath. Press firmly so the owl adheres well.
3. Add some extra fun by attaching the black twigs. We used the black twigs found in the Halloween roses that Dollar Tree sells. Add some glue to the ends and tuck them into the grapevine wreath.
4. Take a length of ribbon and wrap it around the top of the wreath. This is what you will use to hang. Just wrap and secure the ends with glue or tie it in a bow.

Dollar Store DIY Spooky Owl Wreath Process

Your spooky owl wreath is now ready to be displayed. Β It is sure to add the perfect pop of Halloween color to your space!

Very cute! Nice how you can make a dollar product look so much more than that. Very nicely done!

I love the purple and black together. I’d never have thought of that as Halloween colors but it looks great!
