Sometimes I tell my boys that they have no idea how lucky they are, and they really don’t. There are so many cool things now that we just didn’t have when I was a kid. Take Launch Trampoline Park for example. There was no such thing as a trampoline park back in the 90’s. If we wanted to jump on a trampoline, we had to beg our parents to buy one.
Speaking of Launch Trampoline Park, my boys get so excited whenever I tell them we are going there. Did you know that Launch RI just got a major upgrade? It’s not just a trampoline park anymore. Of course they still have trampolines, but now they have a bunch of seriously awesome attractions (a Ninja Warrior Course, Extreme Dodgeball and Laser Tag to name a few).
Here’s what they have at the new Launch RI complex:
FURY: A Laser Tag Experience
You can fight in the ultimate Galactic battle for the fate of the Galaxy. My boys thought this was the best thing and played two games each before I had to drag them away to try the Ninja Course. Join the Battle for $9 per person per game.
This isn’t your average game of dodgeball. Dodging balls is a lot more fun when your catching tons of height on the trampolines!
Test your ability and challenge your friends on the Ninja Course. Climb, hang and jump and become a ninja warrior!
The Launch Arcade
With tons of all new games, there’s so many ways to play. You can win tickets and redeem them for some awesome prizes!
KRAVE: Create Your Own
At KRAVE they will make your pizza just how you like it! Choose your toppings and have your pizza (or salad) made right before your eyes!
The Battle Pit
Don’t worry, they fall into a foam pit.
The Launch Summitt
Reach new heights. Literally! Challenge yourself to reach the top of their indoor rock climbing wall.
Don’t just bounce, LAUNCH. Stop in for open jump and catch major height on the main trampoline court.
Coming soon: Paradox – a Virtual Reality Experience. We are looking forward to a return trip to experience that when it opens.
And of course you can still have your child’s birthday party at Launch. They have some awesome packages available and now that I have seen all the awesome upgrades at Launch RI, I am seriously considering having my 10 year old’s birthday party there in August.
All launchers are required to fill out a waiver before you can jump. To save time, fill it out at home on their website, but if you forget you can do it there.
Launch RI is located at 920 Bald Hill Road in Warwick. Visit their website for hours and ticket prices. If you’re local, stop by for a super fun time. My 13 year old even said it was the best thing I’ve ever taken him to – and for a kid who doesn’t want to be seen with my half of the time, that’s saying a lot. Go to Launch RI – you won’t be sorry.
If you do decide to check out Launch RI, I have an exclusive discount code for my readers. Use code MASSHOLEMOMMY10 for 10% off your tickets.
My kids have been asking me to go back every day since we went, so a return trip is in our very near future. HUGE thanks to Nikki at Playing All the Way for setting up such a fun blogger event for us and a bunch of other local bloggers.
