  1. I have to admit that I’m not a fan of water. I usually add lemons or limes. I knew coffee was a diuretic and I also thought it caused dehydration. Glad to know it doesn’t and that it gives me a sharper memory. I’m off to make a cup this instant.

I tend to get more dry in the winter months than in the summer – I am going to remind myself of these options as winter approaches so I can hydrate in a more enjoyable manner than opting for plain water.

  57. I am a big fan of flavouring my water in a natural way — so cucumber or watermelon chunks, or lime and lemon, even frozen cranberries! But I also love, love, love coconut water, so I have that quite a bit. With a bit of mango or pineapple you can almost trick yourself into thinking it’s a pina colada. 🙂
