JZz

If you’re a regular around here, you probably remember how I told you last week about this cool podcast that gets broadcast here in Boston. Jaclyn Zukerman’s podcast is called “Social Scene with JZ” and on her show she promotes worldwide clientele from start-ups to celebrities. The podcast was created to allow her guests to inspire audience members and followers and allow the audience members to be able to follow and interact with the guests. This week she will be talking with Evan W. Spencer, who is a real estate broker here in Massachusetts.  He has been helping people buy & sell houses in here in MA for the past 13 years!

Broker

Here’s his bio:

Upon admission to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2003, my father and I formed a general law partnership. In 2007, upon his retirement, I began my own firm with a law partner. Our firm specialized in Real Estate Law, Estate Planning, and Criminal and Civil litigation. In 2012 I took a job with RMS mortgage as a licensed mortgage loan officer. I have been originating residential mortgage loans with them since. In September I became a Massachusetts licensed Real Estate Broker and opened Totally Real Estate. This enables me to use my vast knowledge and experience to guide my clients through the real estate purchase and sales process

Over the years, I have gained extensive experience in the litigation, negotiation and investigation of a wide range of criminal and civil cases. My areas of expertise are perhaps the unusual combination of representing indigent clients charged with criminal acts through the Suffolk Lawyers for Justice CPCS program, and general real estate law, including but not limited to eminent domain litigation, all areas of conveyancing involving hundreds of real estate transactions, tax abatement, landlord – tenant, commercial and residential lease negotiation, mortgage financing and sale of residential property. My litigation experience includes both jury and bench trials, probation hearings, motions practice and preparation of and eliciting expert witness’ testimony, deposition and vigorous cross examination of opposing experts. Specific examples of some of the cases, which I have investigated and tried include but are not limited to allegations of public assistance fraud, credit card fraud, identity theft and illegal drug distribution; and, on the civil side eminent domain land damage cases, construction contracts, regulatory, landlord – tenant and tort.

Evan is on Twitter and Facebook, too, so if you live in Massachusetts and you’re in the market to buy or sell a home – be sure to follow along with his updates and don’t miss his interview with Jackie on the Social Scene with JZ podcast. It is available for download on iTunes,
