Merry Christmas!

I love Christmas music and I have to confess that I listen to Christmas songs all year long – not just at Christmas.  There are very few Christmas songs that I don’t like, but I decided that I’d put together a list of my ten favorites.

In no particular order…….

Sleigh Ride by The Ronettes

Christmas Eve in Sarajevo by the Trans-Siberian Orchestra

The Christmas Song by Alvin & the Chipmonks

Feliz Navidad by Jose Feliciano

Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer by Gene Autry

The Twelve Days of Christmas by The Muppets

Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree by Brenda Lee

The Christmas Song by Nat King Cole

Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow by Dean Martin

Marshmallow World by Darlene Love

And there you have it. My ten most favorite Christmas songs. But even though it didn’t make the top ten, an honorable mention definitely goes out to Dominic the Donkey.

And last, but no least, this one is for my handsome husband, Chris. It’s his favorite Christmas song:

Snoopy’s Christmas vs. The Red Baron by The Royal Guardsmen

Now it’s your turn. What are some of your favorite Christmas songs?

  11. My Daughter swears that Gene Autry is the only one that can sing Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer. I agree since I grew up with him singing it.

  12. Rockin around the chirstmas tree is one of my favorites too. I had totally forgot about the Alvin and the Chipmunks song. I will have to play it for my children to hear. 🙂

  13. I love Grandma got ranover by a reindeer. I set it as my ringtone for when my mom calls.

  14. Love your list–I really like the Red Baron one the best–of course I’m Dreaming of a White Christmas makes my list as well.
