I have been a New Kids on the Block fan since the beginning. I remember going to see them in concert at the old Foxboro Stadium (before they tore it down and built Gillette Stadium) as a teenager and it was one of my fondest memories of my teen years. The walls of my bedroom were covered in Donnie posters, because he’s the cute one after all, and you could definitely say that I had a mild obsession with the band.

Fast forward to today. The New Kids are just as popular today as they were back then – if not more so. Since they got back together and started touring, I’ve seen them live a few times and I can honestly say they’ve all gotten better with age.

If you’re a die-hard Blockhead, you know that every year they do a tropical cruise with their fans. It’s the vacation of a lifetime for a true fan and last year the reality show “Rock This Boat” on Pop TV followed along with the adventures that took place on the cruise. The 2nd Season of Rock This Boat is premiering this week. I’ve gotten a sneak peek at the new season and I think you’re going to like it.

Here’s a preview of the second season:

To celebrate the new season of Rock This Boat, I got the chance to attend a Boston Harbor cruise hosted by Pop TV with three of the New Kids promoting the premier of season 2.

I had the chance to meet Danny, Jordan and Joey before the harbor cruise and it was literally a dream come true. They are all so sweet and down to earth.  The way you see them portrayed on tv is exactly how they are in real life.

After the meet & greet, we headed to the seaport for the harbor cruise.

It was so much fun hanging out with the guys from the band as well as their management team & some folks from Pop TV.

I haven’t been on a Boston Harbor cruise in ages and we had a perfect night for it that night. Here is a picture of the inside of the cruise ship from my Snapchat.

The night was beyond amazing and for a lifelong fan like myself, I felt truly blessed to be able to meet and hang out with Danny, Jordan and Joe.  Now I just need to book myself on one of their cruises and I would be able to die happy.

Are you excited for the new season of Rock This Boat yet?? Thanks to Pop TV, they are bringing you back on board for the music, the memories–and in season 2, for even MORE BAND. Rock This Boat Season 2 premieres this Wednesday, June 1 at 8:30/7:30!

**Note: I was invited to attend a media event and private meet & greet with Jordan, Danny and Joey. I just about died.
