 Celebrate Valentine's Day with Some Monster Brownies! They are easy to make & decorate and are a super fun way to celebrate the day with your loved ones.

I love surprising my kids with fun snacks for when they get home from school. I really try my hardest to get creative when I am baking, especially when there is a holiday coming up!  I ended up making these cute little Valentine’s Day Monster Brownies recently and they were a huge hit with my kiddos. They are really easy to make, too!  Check it out:

Valentine’s Day Monster Brownies

 Celebrate Valentine's Day with Some Monster Brownies! They are easy to make & decorate and are a super fun way to celebrate the day with your loved ones.

Here’s what you need:

  • 1 box of brownie mix, any brand
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 C. vegetable oil
  • 3 tbsp. water
  • pink frosting (I used Pillsbury strawberry)
  • Candy eyes
  • disposable frosting bag
  • Wilton #233 tip
  • Heart shaped cookie cutters (different sizes if you have them)

Here’s what you need:
1. Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Line a 9×13 baking dish with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Combine the brownie mix and ingredients, mixing well.
4. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 18-22 minutes.
5. Remove the pan from the oven and let the brownies cool completely.
6. Use the heart shaped cookie cutters to cut the brownies.
7. Attach the frosting tip and fill the piping bag with your frosting.

8. Gently squeeze the frosting out and onto the brownie. As you can see in the picture I tried to make it look like hair.

9. Give each frosted brownie a few candy eyes and repeat with all the brownies until you’re done!

I am super happy with how these Valentine’s Day Monster Brownies came out.  They were so easy to make & decorate and the kids loved them.
